Our Ashwagandha & Mucuna Pruriens formulation have standardized Ashwagandha and Mucuna Pruriens extracts combined with Piperine (BioPerine^®) to enhance bioavailability. Each capsule contains 275 mg Ashwagandha extract standardized to 7% Withanolides, 50 mg of Mucuna Pruriens seed extract standardized to 15% L-Dopa and 5 mg Piperine to boost bioavailability.

Ashwagandha and Mucuna Pruriens are ancient medicinal herbs. They are considered to be one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda, a form of alternative medicine based on Indian principles of natural healing. They are both classified as adaptogens, meaning that they can help our body manage stress. Mucuna Pruriens is a rich source of Levodopa (L-Dopa) and is known to increase Dopamine.

Dosage Guidelines

Take 1 to 3 capsules a day with food or as directed by a physician. Consult a physician before use, especially if taking prescription medications or having preexisting medical conditions. Best taken early in the day.
