Product Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. Please read the following policies regarding product returns, exchanges and refunds carefully:
- Return Policy: We DO NOT accept product returns, all purchases are final. If any damage to packaging due to shipping or defect is proven, we will send in a replacement at no cost.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, the issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
How to report Damage or Defect :
- Contact us via phone or email. Our assigned agent will get back to you with details on how to take the next step.
- Include a copy of the original Packing List in the package, and indicate the damage or defect for which you wish to have a replacement sent out.
